Taylor

Taylor is responsible for all sales and acquisitions of the company. He is most passionate about serving his local community and helping homeowners solve all their property related problems. Taylor Wing graduated from the United States Military Academy in 2018 and served as an Army officer in the 82nd Airborne Division. After reaching his financial freedom goals through real estate, he recently transitioned into a full-time real estate professional and agent. Taylor holds an active real estate license in the state of Florida and specializes in assisting other investors purchase their next investment property or working with home buyers to purchase their next home.

Taylor has handled over $20 million dollars of real estate transactions through flips and wholesales and acquired 32 doors of rental real estate through creative finance and rehabbing. Taylor Co-Founded a home-buying business in south Florida, Black Knight Property Solutions and helped launch a technology start-up company called TwnSqr- An off-market MLS and dispositions platform for investors. Taylor also has a passion for education and created the Real Estate Legacy Launch- a consulting program intended to produce similar real estate results for others as well. Since inception, we have assisted 50+ clients to get them into their first rental property investment.

Although originally born and raised in Fresno, CA, Taylor fell in love with Florida’s Treasure Coast, and resides in Stuart with his wife Helen and their two dogs Leo & Lily where he continues to serve his local community.

Will

Co-Founder

Will is responsible for the day-to-day operations and systems management of the company. As a native South Floridian, Will appreciates and understands the uniqueness of the region. He is committed to solving other people’s problems and bringing value to all relationships. He was raised in Coral Springs, FL and eventually graduated from the United States Military Academy in 2018 where he met Co Founder Taylor. Will was serving as an Armor Officer at Fort Stewart, GA with the 3rd Infantry Division when he began his real estate journey. His experience is in fix-and-flips in Savannah, GA. When Will isn’t working, he is spending time with his wife Carina and two dogs Benny and Bella.

Paige

Sales Development Representative

Paige specializes in lead generation and sales development. With over 10+ years’ experience in hospitality and client service, assuring clients are well taken care of by knowing and exceeding their expectations is one of her strongest suits. Paige has developed a passion for networking, community outreach and cultivating professional relationships. She is currently pursuing a degree in Organizational Management with a concentration in Corporate Entrepreneurship. When Paige isn’t working, she enjoys spending time with her husband Kevin and their two daughters.
